Treatment for children and adult patients servies are provided in department.Each equipment such as ; ultrasonography,eye angiography ,computer vision devices are used in tests.Operations like cataract surgery ,strabismus ,glaucoma are realized for inpatient and outpatient with phaco technique.24 hour emergency services are given for eye injuries. 

Opthalmology and strabismus in children : The first eye exemination of premature , optical and surgical treatment, eye exemination for  all infants and children are provided in our hospital.

Retina-uvea: Diabetic retinopathy and other retinal diseases, uveits diagnosis and monitoring are performed.In the treatment process if neccessary intraocular injections can be applied.In the unit latest technology products such as fluorosein angiography,argon and YAG laser devices are utilized.

Neuro-ophthalmology: Optic nerve diseases,paralyses of eye muscles,diagnosis and monitoring of thyroid related eye diseases are performed in our hospital.

Cornea-Contact lens: Refractive ,cosmetic and therapeutic contact lenses.

Oculoplastic: Valve surgery and lacrimal drainage system surgeries are performed.

What is cataract ?

Cataract isteh most common form of eye problem.Lens is transparent in a healthy eye.Cataract is prevent lens to see by opacification or fag.

What are the symptons of cataracts ?

• Gradual decrease in vision

• Sensitivity to light , glare

• Reading difficulty

• Subsequent myopia

• Yellowing of colors and become pale

How are cataracts treated ?
